Okuto Island Team vs. Paranormal Liberation Front

Okuto Island Team vs. Paranormal Libiration Front is a battle taken place during the Final War as Heroes, lead by Gang Orca, face against Villains from the Paranormal Liberation Front.

Prologue[]

Before the start of the Final War, Himiko Toga goes to visit her old childhood home, now in shambles and with threatening messages all over the house. While reminiscing about her life before becoming a villain, Dabi stops by, burning the childhood home while giving her a pep talk. Dabi notes how if Himiko drinks the blood and Transforms into someone she loves, she can use her Quirk, revealing that just before Gigantomachia took the League of Villains to the battle in Jaku, he was able to recover some of the blood left by Twice after he was killed by Hawks. Himiko looks on at the vial as Dabi happily declares that she'll be able to keep the Sad Man's Parade marching.^[1]

Soon after, the Heroes commence their plan to defeat the Paranormal Liberation Front once and for all. After luring All For One and his army out, the Heroes activate the "Troy" defense system, causing metal cages to rise from the ground and surround themselves around the villains. While they are able to break free fairly quickly, the couple seconds gives the Heroes just enough time to shove each of the villains into individual Warp Gates, in order to break the villain force into smaller groups and push them into the respective Warp Gates to split them up all across Japan.

Himiko, alongside Moonfish, two Near High-End Nomus, and several other villains, are shoved through one of the Warp Gates and warped to Okuto Island, a resort island 200 km off the mainland. They are specifically sent to Okuto Aquarium, run by Gang Orca, with the intention of isolating Himiko somewhere where she is unable to escape, with Uravity and Froppy taking charge to confront her specifically, thanks to their experience with her.

However, just as Himiko is thrown through the portal, she manages to catch Deku off guard, ensnaring him with one of the tubs from her Blood Sucking Machine, dragging him to Okuto Island alongside her and everyone else.^[2]

Battle[]

The battle between the Heroes and the Villains immediately erupts into chaos, as one of the Near High-Ends floats in the air, separates its limbs from its body and breaks them down into shards that are then launched at the Heroes, causing shockwaves across the battlefield and splitting up many of the combatants. As Gang Orca's Sidekicks fight some of weaker villains, one of them notes that the Nomu seem to have gotten stronger since Jaku. Gang Orca uses a hypersonic wave to knock down one of the villains, and tells his allies to not back down, as the Nomu begins to regenerate its body. One of the Heroes suspects All For One gave them more Quirks, before Moonfish unleashes a wave of Blade-Tooths against the heroes, forcing them further on the defensive. The blades stab Gang Orca, but he is able to rip off the blades and tells his comrades to not forget about the escaped convicts. Sirius asks to make sure Froppy is okay, as the attack was able to reach the rear guard. Froppy says she is okay, but notices that the shockwave from earlier separated Deku and Uravity from them.^[3]

The Nomu continues to create shockwaves across the battlefield, and soon enough Froppy is able to reunite with and assist Uravity and Deku against Himiko, before the latter can let Deku know about the former's crush on him. Uravity got grazed by a knife in the shoulder by Himiko, adding that they should grab it as it has her blood on it, but otherwise neither received any serious injuries. Froppy and Uravity tell Deku to stick to the plan and get to Tomura.^[4] Using the combination of Float and Fa Jin, Deku is able to do just that and trusts Uravity in her fight against Himiko. The villain says she's ready to be who she wants to be and declares to Uravity that she has no need for heroes. The young hero says she also wants to live the way that's right for her, as Ochaco Uraraka.^[5]

As the war continues on, storm clouds caused by Shoto, Dabi, and Endeavor's flames in their respective battlefields begin making their way to the island. The other Heroes sent there are able to join the two trainees against Himiko, and Uravity is able to save Froppy from an attack from the back. They note that Himiko's ability to conceal herself is a complex move, so there must be a limit to how many attacks she can evade. With a sensor Quirk user and a team of at least four Heroes focused on her, they believe they should be able to deal with the villain.

Gang Orca meanwhile realizes that the Nomu creating the shockwaves doesn't have a Super Regeneration Quirk, and lunges at the floating monster with a head-butt. The villains' numbers have thinned considerably enough that as long as they're able to pin down the remaining foes, they can win this fight.

Himiko realizes that the more people they lose on their side, the less likely she'll be able to avoid capture. The blood from Twice that Dabi gave her will only last 30-40 minuets, and if she used it than Sad Man's Parade would only go as far as the island they were on, and there probably aren't any boats they can use to escape to the main land. The young villain realizes that she's helpless in her situation as is, but she'll still do what she's supposed to and put her faith in Spinner's mission to break Kurogiri out of Central Hospital.

Himiko takes out a vial and gets ready to drink it, but Froppy is able to think fast and stretches her tongue out to break it, worrying that it could have had All For One or Tomura's blood in it. However, that was just a decoy and was filled with a chemical that attracts Nomu that was given to her by All For One. The Nomu that Gang Orca's been attacking launches an attack at Froppy. Uravity calls out to her friend, only to see two Froppys on top of each other. Before Uravity can decide which is the real one, Himiko begins to ingests Twice's blood, transforming into him and begins to use his Double Quirk to recreate the Sad Man's Parade.

As she begins duplicating herself, Spinner was able to complete his mission and Kurogiri warps over to Okuto Island. The warping villain asks what Himiko wants to do, and she says to slaughter the heroes starting with Hawks. While Kurogiri begins warping the vengeful girl, Uravity shoots out the wires out of her wrist straps to catch to copies, but they're all able to cut them off. Ochako shouts that her and Himiko still haven't had their talk about romance, and as the villain vanishes into the portal, she says she wish they could have.

Kurogiri is able to warp the duplicates of Twice across the battlefield, at both U.A. to disrupt the fight against Tomura, and at the Gunga Mountain Ruins along with Dabi, where she begins to unleash an army of Infinite Doubles to kill all the Heroes. Just before the Warp Gate is about to close, Froppy is able to wrap her tongue around Uravity's arm, and launches the both of them through the gate. The two of them end up in the Gunga Mountains where the real Himiko has been relocated, as Uravity declares she isn't losing sight of Himiko again, with Froppy thinking about the feelings Uravity locked inside herself. Some of the other Heroes try to follow, but it closes up, leaving the remaining pros to take care of the remaining villains and the left behind Doubles.^[6]

Sometime after Uravity, Froppy, and Himiko leave the battlefield, the rest of the Heroes are able to bring down the remaining villains, and the Doubles all disintegrate after Himiko's transforming time runs up. During the conflict with the Nomu, Gang Orca ended up breaking his dorsal fin, and Sirius tends to him, while the Counter-Force reports in to notify that the island is under the Heroes' control.^[7]

Aftermath[]

After Eraser Head and Present Mic are able bring "Kurogiri" to their side, Eraser proceeds to get in contact with all the concluded battlefields in order to unite all the remaining standing Heroes in the final battle against "All For One". Okuto Island is one of the locations, as Gang Orca and Sirius are among the Heroes who join to arrive on the battlefield.^[8]
