Katsuki Bakugo vs. All For One

Katsuki Bakugo vs. All For One is a fight during the Final War between Dynamight and All For One.

Prologue[]

During his fight against "Tomura Shigaraki", Dynamight suffered a lethal blow from the Villain. Not wanting to let his light die, Edgeshot used his Ultimate Move, Thousand Sheet Pierce: Zenith to go into Dynamight's body and repair the damage done to him on the inside. The Hero was able to sow up the trainee's innards, but his heart wouldn't start, even after forcibly trying to restart it. Edgeshot's lifeforce was draining the more he stayed in his current state, and at the point beyond his limits, while wavering his life against Bakugo's, a single bead of sweat had rushed through the young hero's blood stream, produced just before his death. Using the bead of sweat, Edgeshot was able to jump start Dynamight's heart and successfully brought him back from the brink of death.

While Dynamight was out of commission, All Might had gone off to battle All For One, who was currently rewound to a child due to taking a reverse engineered Quirk-Destroying Drug, and the various battles he engaged in afterwards. Despite a hard fought battle thanks to his Armor, All Might failed to stop All For One from making his way to U.A. All For One tried to Warp Tomura to him, but the villain fought back, leaving him to deal with All Might. Carrying his quirkless body, All For One flew to U.A. to kill the Symbol of Peace right in front of the entire viewing world.

All Might tried using his final attachment from his armor, but All For One stopped him before he could activate it, using the newly acquired Bloodcurdle to paralyze the former number one hero. Just as Gentle was able to secured the floating U.A. from falling out of the sky, All For One blasted a hole in the floating school to keep the reformed villain occupied. The pilots of the X-66 Jets try to fire at All For One, but he shoots them down with ease. Deku, who was currently dealing with Tomura Sigaraki, calls out to his mentor, but just as All For One is about to tear All Might apart, Dynamight awakens, rushes onto the edge of U.A., and locks eyes with Deku. The duo immediately work together to save their hero, with Dynamight blasting his way towards Deku with his explosion quirk, and the current wielder of One For All using Gearshift to increase Dynamight’s speed as he rockets towards All Might. As the world watches and prays for a miracle to happen, Dynamight successfully saves All Might's life, blasting away All For One's hands in the process.

The two of them land on top of a building away from All For One, as Edgshot forces Dynamite to expel some pooled up blood and slither out of his body. Unable to recover himself from his Zenith state, he tells Dynamight that he while he was able to mend his body, every breath he takes will be hellish agony until he can get proper treatment. When Dynamight thanks his senpai, Edgeshot assures him that it was his own power that brought him back.

All Might tells Dynamight that the child that almost killed him was All For One, and noticing that his right arm had been destroyed during his rescue, asks him to offer up his hand. He gives Dynamight the last attachment of the Armored All Might: Great Explosion God Dynamight. Even though it can't do it's original function, it can still act as a brace for his busted up arm. All Might wishes he could give him more, but Dynamight simply gives him a smile and rushes in to finish off All For One.

Battle[]

All For One is seething with rage at Dynamight's rescue, but is able to pull himself together and focus on Tomura and taking back One For All and his brother. He knows he needs an uncompromised hijacking of Tomura's powerful will, and he'll have go grant him his own quirk and himself. He wished that the vestige inside of Tomura could have taken back control, as he realized how much things have gone wrong, and how people beneath him were able to constantly stand up against him. Before All For One can make a move, Dynamight shows up and tells All For One that he's the final boss. As he takes an explosion to the face, All For One gets sudden flashed of Kudo, before being blasted down to the ground, as Dynamight vows to finish the job that One For All couldn't.

Back on the building, All Might looks in awe at the speed Dynamight had just shown. Edgeshot tells him that when facing death, Dynamight was briefly able to take a stand against Tomura, and that he's on the verge of grasping something essential. Dynamight knows in order to take down All For One for good, he needs to make use of this "side effect." Despite the damage taken, All For One is still fixated on Tomura, and tells Dynamight he will come later. As Tomura and Deku continue their battle, All For One makes his way towards the duo, ignoring Dynamight.

Endeavor and Dark Shadow caused much more damage to All For One's body, so he knows that Dynamight can wait. He hardly measures up to All Might, and isn't worth wasting more of All For One's time in his rewinding state. Their fates are not intertwined, and he's just a pebble in his path. As All For One think these things, Dynamight takes note of the pain in his body. As the beads of sweat are stored up in his palms, they now also shoot through his whole body, and the pain from when and where they explode from is giving him a handle on the timing of his backup blasts.

Dynamight is able to use his Cluster at Explosive Speeds to catch up to All For One, leaving the villain flabbergasted. However, the young hero had begun moving too fast and can't control his speed as he tumbles on the ground. All For One is confused by this, as Dynamight thinks back to his moments before death, where he asked if he can catch up to Izuku. Now Dynamight feels like he can overtake him, as he begins charging another blast for All For One. Back with the U.A. refuges, the civilians watch as the battle unfolds. Masaru can't bear to watch given who is son is up against, but Mitsuki tells him he has to watch, as their boy is grinning like he always does.

Right before taking the explosion, All For One is baffled why this insignificant pebble vexes him more than even All Might. He remembers back when he killed Kudo, and realizes the striking resemblance, and he realizes who is really at the core of everything he hates and who he truly loathes above all others. Dynamight launches a powerful blast at All For One, sending the villain smashing against a building as the hero is launched backwards. All For One screams that Kudo is the one to blame for it all. Dynamight thinks the villain is referring to him, and retorts by saying he's Kacchan Bakugo.

All For One had made sure that Kudo's bloodline ended with him, leaving nothing to chance, even killing any woman or child close to him. Even if his bloodline still runs through Dynamight's veins, All For One still should have recognized him back during their first meeting. All For One realizes it's the look in his eyes that he recognizes. Dynamight only had a resemblance back then, but All For One is convinced now that a willful resolve resembling Kudo's has crossed time and space to thwart him. All For One knows that forcibly Warping him away won't stop him, since the only available warp points are All Might and Tomura, who are both too close. He also knows he can't drag this battle out much longer before he rewinds faster, and even when he does reach Tomura, conflict would be inevitable as he's already been rejected once. He initially thought he had to save his strength for Tomura, but has had enough of all of this.

He decides to kill two birds with one stone, as killing Dynamight and executing his transfer are now one and the same goal, and begins to summon his last ditch effort. Within One For All, Yoichi can sense his brother coming, as All For One uses his Ultimate Move, Omni Factor Unleash: All For One Goal. By combining every quirk he has stored up, All For One is able propel himself at full throttle towards his final goal. All Might and Edgeshot look on and realize this will revert him back to a baby, and he's betting everything on this single burst. All Might tells Dynamight to get out of the way before getting blown away. Dynamight, while still grinning, asks himself he how he can ever hope to beat this thing.

Katsuki thinks back to when he bullied Izuku, and promises he won't stand in his way anymore. As the giant mass charges straight forwards, Dynamight tells him to blow the hell up. Just as he said it, an explosion suddenly happens inside All For One's mouth, throwing the villain off guard and changing his speed. Dynamight says that the rain hinders his power, so he fired off some coated beads of sweat during his blasts without triggering them, hoping that something could set them off on delay. Dynamight tells All For One that the one quirk he has right now is more than enough.

The blast threw All For One's powers out of disarray, but the villain tries pulling himself together to unleash them once more. He shouts that this is his tale and tells the extra nobody in front of him to move aside. Dynamight charges at him with a Cluster powered Howitzer Impact directly in the face. He goes on to unleash a full barrage of blasts at All For One, refusing to give the villain a break. As he unleashes powerful blast after powerful blast, he tells All For One to shut the hell up.

Inside All For One's vestige world, he realizes that his Quirk Factors aren't mingling properly, and is baffled at how the explosions are interfering with them, wondering if his body being too young is the problem. The vestiges show up, and 'Hawks' tells him his negative emotions are causing him to loose control over the factors. The vestige of Hawks realizes that All For One's vestige had been swallowed up by Tomura, as Dynamight unleashes the final blow against the real All For One, destroying All Might's Gauntlet in the process. He tells All For One that this is their tale as he gives the villain one final point black blast to the face that causes him to fall straight onto the ground. All Might and Katsuki's parents all look in awe as the cultivated damage everyone gave against All For One had finally paid off. Dynamight says that he never could have hoped to beat All For One alone.

All For One had been rendered down to an infant, crawling to find Tomura and transfer his quirk to Tomura. He knows his other self has been suppressed before he could use his last ditch tactic, but he can still empower him to take back control of Tomura's body and mind. He thinks without Yoichi, it's all for naught, and that he thwarts others futures so that he can have all eyes on him forever.

While the infant All For One continues to crawl, Dynamight lands right in his way, surprised he hasn't vanished yet. Dynamight coughs up more blood as his body has run out of the strength to even stand. All For One cries for him to get out of his way, unable to even talk anymore. With the great evil finally on the verge of birth/death, the young hero knows he's done enough and that he can let the baby disappear without his help. As he's about to fall over, however, he remembers the words he gave to Ejiro before he created Unbreakable, about how being able to keep standing through anything makes him strong. The wounded hero stops his fall and smiles, as he'll achieve nothing less than absolute victory.

All For One lets his emotions take over and launches a Spearlike Bone out of his mouth towards Dynamight, who catches the attack with his teeth and breaks it apart with one last explosion. The baby in front of him finally begins to rewind into nothing, crying out to stop the process. The vestiges inside all behind to fade away as well. Hawks thinks the stolen factors returning to their owners would be a nice bonus, but knows that's not how it works, fading away as All For One is reduced to a embryo, to a zygote, and than nothing, leaving not a trace of the ultimate evil left.

Dynamight tries to imitate the same victory pose All Might pulled after his fight in Kamino, but falls on the ground before he can do that. Before he can fall into unconsciousness, Katsuki raises his working arm up into the air and tells Izuku to give him hell.

Aftermath[]

After Dynamight finished off All For One, Izuku continued to fight Tomura, with the former coming up with a plan to end the battle quickly. However, before he can put the plan into motion, Tomura goes on the offense, and attempts to touch Izuku's face. Izuku barely managed to evade the touch, but Tomura was able to steal Danger Sense and Hikage Shinimori from Izuku.
