Summary[]
"Tomura"'s endlessly growing fingers decimate the battlefield.
"Tomura Shigaraki"'s grotesque swarm of fingers continue to spread further and further throughout the arena, even destroying a part of the U.A. High building. Phantom Thief tells everyone he's still using Erasure, causing Edgeshot to ask if it's not a Quirk. "Tomura" responds that it's simply just his "growth", just as is the case with his hair or nails, his body must adapt to his ever-evolving Quirks, the form leading to the next step of their superhuman society: Doctor Kyudai Garaki's Quirk Singularity.
"Tomura" mocks the Heroes for sweeping everything under the rug and being ignorant to the inevitable future. With her robot arm and leg destroyed, Mirko calls in for spares that arrive from below the battlefield, before her and Dynamight proceed to argue between each other until Best Jeanist tells them to stay focused. Phantom Thief starts to worry, having done everything Eraser Head taught him, while Mandalay informs Eraser Head they've gotten into contact with Deku. He tells his teacher that Himiko Toga snagged and brought him to Okuto Island, asking to warp him, before being interrupted by the fighting.
The Heroes all figure that they can't warp Deku, as Phantom Thief is unable to use two Quirks at the same time, so activating Warp Gate again would require at least ten seconds without Erasure. They also realize that the moment Erasure is undone, "Tomura" will be able to use Decay through each of his endlessly growing wave of fingers, finishing them all. Eraser Head tells Deku he will have to make it back himself, but until then, they declare that they will beat "Tomura" here and now, even without One For All.
Himiko confesses her love to Deku.
Meanwhile, approximately 200 kilometres off the pacific coast is Okuto Island, and its main attraction, the "Okuto Aquarium", is where one of the battlefields is occurring. Gang Orca, who maintains the place, calls out to his Sidekicks, who are busy fighting a Near High-End Nomu, which they realize are tougher than they were in Jaku, wondering if All For One stuffed them with even more Quirks. The escaped convicts join in the fight as it leads into an all-out brawl. Sirius calls out to Froppy who made it alright, but tells her that Deku and Uravity got caught in the shockwave.
Trapped in the middle of the battlefield, Deku tells Uravity that Eraser Head said they can't use Warp Gate currently, so he has to make it there on his own. However, before he can leave, Himiko Toga suddenly jumps toward him with her knives, yelling that she loves him and not to go. Deku is still surprised that even when she's charging at him, his Danger Sense isn't activating, wondering how someone like her could get so far in life. Deku asks what she wants as Himiko tells him to be her boyfriend, leading to confused reactions from him and Uravity.

- "Tomura"'s transformation is revealed to be a result of the Quirk Singularity, with his body adapting to the immense amount of power he possesses.
- Deku's unable to be warped to their location, due to Phantom Thief only being able to use one Quirk at a time, and the danger of undoing Erasure on "Tomura", so the Heroes resolve to fight him in the meantime.
- The aquarium is revealed to be on Okuto Island, and is maintained by Gang Orca.
- Moonfish is shown to have a new outfit.
- Himiko attacks Deku, once again bypassing his Danger Sense, due to her not having any malicious intent.
- Himiko tells Deku she wants him to be her boyfriend.
