  • CRACKSEAL AND MICROSURFACING on Ballymore Lane in Clarksville, Chase Lions Way, Dottys Way and Mystic Woods Way in Columbia, Avalon Drive and Woodvalley Road in Elkridge, Court House Drive, Ellicott Mills Drive, Leyden Way, Little Creek Drive, North Farm Road, Stonehouse Drive, Thornbrook Road and Tuscany Road in Ellicott City, and Skylark Boulevard in Laurel.

  • GENERAL CONCRETE REPAIRS on Cross Fox Lane, Trumpeter Road and Twin Rivers Road in Columbia AND Elderberry Court, Green Field Road, Rock Glen Drive, Rockledge Court and Rowanberry Drive in Elkridge.  

  • ROADWAY RESURFACING on Barn Hill Court, Damascus Drive, Felicie Court, Fox Den Court, Fox Den Road, Fox Hound Road, Gatewick Road, German Road, Green Forest Court, Patuxent Overlook Court, Pinewick Road, Reed Lane, Woodstream Lane and Woodwick Court in Ellicott City.

If any situation requires immediate or urgent attention, please call Highways during regular business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. through 4:00 p.m.) or the Police Department's non-emergency phone number at 410-313-2200 (select option #2) during off hours or holidays.  

DO NOT use the Tell HoCo website during an emergency as Highways cannot guarantee an immediate response to concerns submitted through this website.
