Publisher's summary [ ] The galaxy was a vast place. Even though expansion and exploration had been going on since the earliest days of the Republic, there were always areas that needed to be discovered, places that were full of valuable raw materials or that were shrouded in mystery and terrible secrets, like the planet Exegol. Sometimes these remote places were controlled by stellar empires comparable to the Old Republic. Such was the case with the Chiss Ascendancy, which originated in the Unknown Regions, where the First Order would form, taking advantage of the isolation of this area. Far beyond the Outer Rim, Wild Space was even more remote, with planets such as Mortis, Teth, and Lira San, the homeworld of the Lasat, hidden in a dangerous nebula. [1]
