WookieeProject: LEGO is a WookieeProject dedicated to improving the overall quality of topics adhering to LEGO-related Star Wars media. Ranging from a variety of topics introduced in-universe by LEGO media, or out-of-universe LEGO topics related to Star Wars themselves, this WookieeProject seeks to improve the overall quality of a wide range of articles, and, hopefully, promote a few to status along the way.

Project goals[]

The overall goal of this project is to expand upon and improve the overall quality of articles relating to a large number of LEGO-related topics. This includes a wide variety of content—such as characters, vehicles, or subjects that originated in LEGO Star Wars: The Yoda Chronicles, LEGO Star Wars: The Freemaker Adventures, or LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga—or articles covering the out-of-universe content from which said topics originated. The scope of the project includes anything and everything LEGO. Even if it did not originate in a LEGO source, it may pertain to LEGO in some way or another.

The initial goal of the project is expanding upon and ensuring the coverage of most, if not all topics, characters, or events introduced in LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga—the newest piece (pun intended) of LEGO media. Once this goal is achieved, from this point we can begin to further push into broader topics of LEGO Star Wars media, and putting forth a greater focus on promoting LEGO-related articles to status.

While not part of our initial focus, it will be important to eventually take a closer look at pages relating to The Yoda Chronicles, The Freemaker Adventures, LEGO Star Wars: All-Stars, The LEGO Star Wars Holiday Special, and the many other LEGO media that have introduced new characters, concepts, and stories to the Star Wars franchise. Many of these topics are often overlooked, and it's time that we begin giving them the attention they deserve.

Project scope and important notes[]

Project scope[]

The scope of WookieeProject LEGO is, hopefully, rather simple. Articles are eligible if they meet ONE the following criteria:

• They originated from a LEGO source (ie. Jek-14, Kordi Freemaker, etc.).
  • This includes canonical versions of LEGO subjects that have separate /LEGO articles, such as Jek-14 and R0-GR.
  • This also includes subjects introduced into the current canon through LEGO material, but originated from Legends material (such as Nobot).
• They ARE a LEGO source (LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga, LEGO Star Wars: The Freemaker Adventures, or even LEGO itself).
• They have significance in a piece of LEGO media.
  • In cases such as this, the LEGO media must be the majority of the subject's appearances and source material. This one can be hard to dictate and is relatively uncommon.

Important notes[]

• Individual LEGO sets do not receive articles. Those belong on Brickipedia or the Star Wars Merchandise Wiki.
  • Explicitly-defined LEGO themes, however, do, as this helps us in better defining them as sources, as LEGO sets do provide us with unique information at times. See {{LEGOCite}}
• The plural of "LEGO" is "LEGO." This has been clearly and officially stated by The LEGO Group.
• "LEGO" is typically capitalized in full. Though the more casual "Lego" isn't inherently incorrect, precedent is to capitalize "LEGO" in full and it adheres to the manner in which The LEGO Group themselves present the name.
• LEGO media is typically treated as non-canon unless explicitly stated. A major exception is regarding the names of fully-established canonical characters in LEGO video games such as The Force Awakens and The Skywalker Saga, which have been confirmed to utilize the official, Lucasfilm-endorsed names for the characters.
  • Names or identifications provided by LEGO sets are also considered canonical insofar as they do not contradict a pre-existing canonical identification. - Thannus (DFaceG) (he/him) (talk) 21:09, 4 November 2023 (UTC)
