Publisher's summary [ ] The concept was simple: the lighter a speeder was, the faster it was thanks to repulsion technology. The best examples of this were speeders and swoops, stylish and fast vehicles used by any pilot in the galaxy looking for speed and maneuverability. Even the Empire or First Order often used these models. Another variant of vehicle that used this technology was the podracers, racing cars that only the most experienced pilots would venture to drive. Often relying on experimental technology that could cause the most unexpected accidents, these vehicles were used in legal and illegal competitions throughout the galaxy, generating huge revenues and making their drivers celebrities… if they survived the thrill of the race!
