Chibi Mechagodzilla (ちびメカゴジラ Chibi Mekagojira?) is a robot kaiju and a character of the Chibi Godzilla children's series, who first appeared in the children's book Sticker Picture Book: Chibi Godzilla and Friends. Mechagodzilla is one of three Chibi Mechagodzilla brothers: one yellow, one red, and one blue. The yellow Chibi Mechagodzilla acts as a major character in Chibi Godzilla Raids Again.
Name[]
Chibi Mechagodzilla's name comes from "chibi" (ちび?), which is Japanese for "small" or "little", and Mechagodzilla.
Design[]
Appearance[]
The Chibi Mechagodzillas resemble a gray robotic version of Chibi Godzilla. They have square eyes, two pointy ears, and robotic claws. Each brother is distinguished by the color of their bodies' accent, which is either yellow, red, or blue.
Personality[]
In Chibi Godzilla Raids Again, Chibi Mechagodzilla is shown to be more of a straight-man character to the other characters in the series, often being confused or surprised at the other kaiju's antics. He enjoys and always wants to be friends with anyone he meets, shown in his interactions with Ghidorah and Mothra. He's also somewhat easy to anger at times, mostly with his interacts with Chibi Godzilla.
Origins[]
Chibi Mechagodzilla reveals that he was created by humans. Through unknown means, Chibi Mechagodzilla would be washed up on Monster Island, where he would encounter Chibi Godzilla.
History[]
Chibi Godzilla Raids Again[]
After washing up on an island, Chibi Mechagodzilla would meet Chibi Godzilla, the latter firing a heat ray at the mech. Awaking the mech, Chibi Mechagodzilla questioned Chibi Godzilla, who revealed he was the one who fired the heat ray. The two then began talking, with the mech asking about Monster Island. After witnessing Chibi Godzilla's father, Godzilla himself. Chibi Mechagodzilla decided to befriend Chibi Godzilla, though the latter did hesitate, frustrating the mech.
Chibi Godzilla began touring Chibi Mechagodzilla around Monster Island, eventually encountering Chibi Ghidorah. Chibi Mechagodzilla asked if Ghidorah wanted to be friends, with each head giving a different answer, the middle saying yes out of friendship, even giving Chibi Mechagodzilla the nickname Mego-yan, the left threatening to fire his gravity beam and the right saying yes because "friends can be made into money". Chibi Mechagodzilla would get interested after the right head mentioned matsutake mushrooms. After the Ghidorah heads had a brief scuffle, the middle head offered to find a mushroom for Mechagodzilla, with the mech proclaiming how great Monster Island was.
Chibi Mechagodzilla would eventually meet Chibi Mothra and the Shobijin. Though the mech and Chibi Godzilla wanted to talk to Mothra, the Shobijin didn't, and tired to drive off the two kaiju. Still, Chibi Mechagodzilla persisted and spoke with Mothra directly. Chibi Mothra revealed that the Shobijin were were teaching her to apply makeup due to Mothra believing she was looking a bit plain. After hearing this, Mechagodzilla complimented Mothra, saying he thought she was already cute. With the divine moth flattered, the Shobijin changed their tune, being extremely overbearing and causing Mothra to cry, making her release her poisonous scales, knocking down and paralysing Mechagodzilla as well as Chibi Godzilla and the Shobijin.
Chibi Godzilla would want to climb a mountain to meet his father and thus Chibi Mechagodzilla, alongside Chibi Mothra, joined in. During the hike, Chibi Rodan spotted the three speaking and assumed they were talking about him. Chibi Rodan noticed that Chibi Mechagodzilla was tired until he realised that the robot couldn't fly. As Chibi Rodan bragged about how grand his wings were, Chibi Mechagodzilla realised how much of a narcissist the Chibi Rodan was and pointed out that Chibi Mothra also had wings and that Rodan's were "pretty plain". This caused Chibi Rodan to fall to the ground, with the mech learning Rodan always falls to the ground when someone makes a good point, as well as that Chibi Rodan would rise again when girls gave him compliments. Chibi Mechagodzilla realised how pathetic Chibi Rodan was, eventually getting extremely fed up with him once Chibi Rodan fell to the ground because of something the pterosaur itself said.

Chibi Mechagodzilla was shown to be able to survive Chibi Godzilla's heat ray which at the least is 180 degrees.

All of the Mechagodzillas are capable of firing a beam from their mouth, the beam possessing a rainbow colour.

Chibi Mechagodzilla is a 4-star unit that comes along with Chibi Godzilla.
Upon spawning, MechaG is permanently invincible to stun. Godzilla's breath has 8 seconds of burn (50 damage per second, 400 in the duration.) When Godzilla dies, MechaG gets a permanent speed, health, and damage buff. When MechaG dies, Godzilla will walk over to him, and torch him back to 50% health (works three times until he finally dies.) If they're too far apart, the chibi furthest will walk to the one closest to the leader. If Godzilla is in trouble, MechaG will lure them away and distract them for 10 seconds.
