The Hub allows people who are running Creative to access their creations and creations of people in their party. Your island is marked by the Golden Rift; others' islands are marked by a blue Rift. The Hub is not accessible when launching via the UEFN client as projects are found in the Projects folder, saved on your device itself, rather than online. Hubs used to include Featured portals for showcased Creations, however these were replaced by the Browse Menu, and eventually the Discover Tab during Chapter 2: Season 7.

At one point, you were able to access the BR Island through the Hub. During this time, the Hub was also accessible in Playground, alongside Featured Islands. This was Epic's attempt to merge Playground and Creative, however this was undone with the launch of Battle Lab due to exploits that allowed creators to steal unreleased props and items from the BR Island.

When the Hub first released, all Hubs were created by Epic. Epic-Made Hubs were replaced with Featured Hubs with the launch of Chapter 2, but they returned later in Chapter 4.
