Secretary Guo (given name unknown) is a main character and an antagonist in The Walking Dead: Typhoon. He is the leader of the Beacon of Light. He served as the primary antagonist of Typhoon.

After abandoning the Beacon of Light along with all of it's supplies. Guo and his small group are tracked down by Hengyen and his group. In an act of revenge, Hengyen swiftly beheads Guo and kills the rest of his supporters. Guo's head is not put down on page, and it's unlikely that it was.
