Jiger (ジャイガ Jaigā?) is a kaiju from the Rebirth continuity. It made its debut in the second episode of the 2023 Netflix-exclusive animated series, Gamera: Rebirth.

Appearance[]
The Jiger are a Ceratopsia-based reptilian creature with three eyes, shade of crimson skin with dark-yellow fade on the underside and light crimson fade on the backside, three horns positioned triangularly on its head, two tusks, long legs with claws and an elbow spike, a dorsal sail, frill on the head, and a long tail with a stinger at the end.

Due to its size, the gargantuan Jiger can tunnel underground with no effort.

The Jiger can retract and extend its tail stinger to deliver more damage to a target.
