Dr. Tim Mancini is a character who first appeared in the 2019 MonsterVerse film, Godzilla: King of the Monsters
Relationships [ ] Mancini and Emma seemed to have a good relationship since he was relieved to know that Emma's invention, the ORCA , worked in calming Mothra down. Emma was visibly shocked; when Alan Jonah killed Mancini.
Mancini was concerned; when Madison rushed in to help her mother and Madison was terrified ;when Alan Jonah killed Mancini.
Initially, Mancini was amazed; by Mothra; when she hatched from her egg. But; when the Titan started to go on a rampage, he tried to terminate her as he feared the safety of his other co-workers. His fear diminished; when Emma managed to use the ORCA to calm Mothra down.
History [ ] Mancini was stationed at Monarch Outpost 61 in the Yunnan Province of China. He informed his colleague Emma Russell and her daughter Madison that Mothra was hatching from her egg. When the larvae Titan started to become agitated and attacked some of the agents, Mancini planned to use the kill switch, but Emma insists that the ORCA will change Mothra’s behavior. The plan succeeded and Mancini witnessed Mothra forming a bond with both Emma and Madison. However, the outpost was compromised when Alan Jonah and his eco-terrorists killed almost everyone on-site. When Jonah arrived, Mancini raised his hands up so he would be spared, only for Jonah to shoot him in the head.
