Reviewed Products
Customer Product Reviews are written by customers like you who want to share their opinion about products they've purchased from Walmart. Walmart employees can also share their opinions, and their reviews will be identified by the Walmart Associate label.
Whether your experience with the product was positive or not, honest opinions allow all shoppers on Walmart.com to benefit by reading about others' experience with a product. Sharing varieties of item-focused opinions make this feature as useful as it can be for everyone.
Submit a Product Review
We offer four ways to submit product reviews*:
- From the item’s page
- Select Write a Review next to the Review Snapshot on the product details page
- From the Order Detail page, post-purchase
- Sign in to Your Account
- Click on the order number containing (with) the product you wish to review
- On the Order Detail page, select Review this Product under the item name
- From emails inviting you to review the products you purchased after your order is fulfilled; use the links provided to access the review forms
- From a post-purchase survey link printed on your in-store receipt
New reviews display on the website within 5-7 business days. If you have submitted a review recently, check back soon to see it posted to the site.
*If you have opted out of sharing your personal information, either through Walmart.com or via your browser settings, we cannot post your review. For more information, please click here.
Product Review Guidelines
Please keep in mind the following guidelines when reviewing a product.
Reviews must be submitted in English and meet all of the following guidelines:
- Focus on the product and your experience using it
- Provide specific details about what you did or did not like about the product
- Keep in mind that all submitted product reviews are subject to our Terms of Use and the purpose of submitting a product review is to provide your honest feedback about the product to help other customers who are considering purchasing the product
We reserve the right to translate reviews into other languages and not to post a review if the review contains any of the following:
- Content that is libelous, harassing, abusive, obscene, vulgar, sexually explicit or contains other similar language
- Content that is discriminatory or prejudicial with respect to race, gender, sexuality, ethnicity, or other protected class
- Content that is wholly unrelated to the product or service being reviewed
- Content considered as spam
- Email addresses, phone numbers, links to websites, physical addresses, or other forms of contact information and personally identifiable information

- Select Ask a Question or Answer this Question in the Customer Questions on the product details page
- From the Customer Questions page
- Select Ask a Question at the top of the page or Answer this Question for individual questions
New questions and answers display on the website within 5 - 7 business days. If you have submitted recently, check back soon to see it posted to the site.
