- New: Brand new, unused, unopened, undamaged and in its original packaging.
- Must be factory sealed with tags (and includes warranties and instructions for appropriate categories).
- New without Box (or) Tags: Brand-new and unused but without original packaging or tags.
- Original accessories and instructions are included.
- New with Defects: Brand-new, unused, and functional but with cosmetic imperfections caused during production or delivery.
- This could include missing threads, discoloration, label malfunction, etc.
- Instructions may not be included.
Items Listed as Pre-Owned
- Like New: Excellent condition and has been gently used or worn previously.
- Accessories, original packaging, and instructions are included.
- Good: Good condition with signs of wear or usage (may have scuffs, creasing, small tears, odor, minimal discoloration, slight pilling marks, fading, stains or scratches).
- Instructions are included for appropriate categories.
- Accessories and original packaging may not be included.
- Fair: Fair condition with visible signs of wear or (which can include scratches, fading, missing parts and accessories).
- Accessories, original packaging, and instructions are not included.
