Order Not Received

Follow the steps below if you didn't receive your items but got a delivery notification.

Shipping Orders

If your Purchase History shows your package has arrived, but you can’t find it:

  1. Look around the delivery location.
  2. Check the delivery confirmation.
  3. Ask your household and neighbors.
  4. Review the address saved in your Walmart.com account. Make sure it doesn’t have any spelling errors or numerical mistakes.
  5. Wait two business days to see if it arrives. It’s rare, but sometimes carriers may mark packages as delivered before they arrive.

If you still haven’t received it after two business days, select the Chat with us button.

Delivery Orders

If you have a delivery and your Purchase History shows your package was delivered, but you can't find it:

  1. Check the delivery confirmation photo. Do you recognize the doorway in the image?
  2. Select the Chat with us button.
  3. Request a refund by starting a return.

Use the optional delivery instructions to verify your information before checking out. You can add the following information:  

  • Property type
  • Gate or call box code
  • Delivery notes
    • Do any of the items require a signature?
    • Is it a business address with specific hours of operation?
  • Dropoff location
