Near the end of Episode 3, in a short scene between Lord Vader and The Emperor, the Emperor orders; " Tell Captain Khurgee to get my ship ready..." This mention indicates that among his other accomplishments, Khurgee was also, at one point, the Emperor's personal Pilot. I would be very grateful if this minor, but important aspect of Capt. Khurgee's career could be included in his entry.

Hey I was reveiwing a Page and noticed that the Era section in the Infobox was incomplete.

The Page was the Ragnar Syndicate, It stated the Guild was solely active during the Rebellion era. But this is Contested by a Book I own, and while I admit that the book is Non-Cannon, it states the Ragnar syndicate was Active during the Great Galactic War.

hello Mike, I'm hoping you can help me. I am trying to edit the Twi'lek pilot Nowk's page but having trouble. I'm new to this so forgive my ignorance. I am the co-creator of Nowk and she was created after my wife Lisa Kwon. Her full name is my wife's name backwards. I am also the artist of the Marvel Comics Han Solo series where she first appears. While her last name is not used in the comics(I don't think, I could be wrong) her last name was referenced by me in a Star Wars Insider issue #168 interview. The same applies to Nowk's partner and co-pilot whose full name is Sotna Teah(also referenced in the same SW:Insider interview). I am also trying to edit my personal entry since it only has my Star Wars sketch card work from many years ago mentioned. I am trying to add the following text with proper link sources:

Mark also contributes artwork to many of the Star Wars titles from Marvel Comics including Star Wars, Darth Vader, Kanan: the Last Padawan, and Princess Leia. Question, why did you undo my edit on CS-321? Only problem I saw would have been not naming the crusier the droid was killed on, which is unnamed. If it was a problem with the year Hay-Zu, Rish Loo, and others pages say they died in 20 BBY which was around the same time Nomad Droids happend in season and timeline (also Hay-Zu died in Nomad Droids).

Solo spoiler protection[]

Hi Cav, I see you applied protections for Solo-related pages today and I just feel like I have to interject here. Matters such as this should be communicated with the rest of the administrator team (we have a mailing list and IRC for a reason) instead of doing it in a manner that appears to be a Wikia initiative. Brandon has zero right to edit our MediaWiki announcement pages or apply any page protections, and I hope that he won't be doing it again. Furthermore, had this been communicated to the admin team before the protections were applied, I would've pointed out, like I explicitly did in Forum:SH:Wookieepedia spoiler lockdown, that large-scale temporary protections should be done using cascading protection instead of mass-protecting individual pages. Timeline needs correcting[]

Hello! I am a huge Star Wars fan and I love everything about Wookieepedia. However, I have noticed a serious and consistently repeated mistake in the timeline. The Battle of Dac City, and all associated events and deaths, are all listed to have taken place in 18 BBY. This is not correct. Even when you go directly to the 18 BBY page, the events are found there. This year is listed on several individual articles and pages, and it is wrong. The very first line of text in "Darth Vader (2017) Issue #13 - Burning Seas, Part I" states that "three years have passed since the ascension of Emperor Palpatine, the formation of his great Galactic Empire, and the descent of former Jedi Knight Anakin Skywalker..." This clearly makes the year of all of these events to be 16 BBY. I know that the members here can edit content at will, so changing the dates on the individual pages is easy. What I do not know how to do is to move the existing content from the 18 BBY page to the correct page, which would be 16 BBY. Is there anyway you can help me with this? Thank you for your time.

Years ago, I started creating and editing pages for old French RPG material, such as Casus Belli or Graal. I stopped suddenly, frustrated by the switch from "Legends" to the new canon. Nowadays, I barely consider Star Wars as a passion as before. However, I have dozens of old articles, even more since I found some more old things. Would it be a good thing to use it and share those antiquities, or is it utterly pointless nowadays ? I do not always have many time, and do not have the same envy towards Star Wars, but I'm willing to occasionally make things, as a reminder of the past. I simply fear it would not have much interest by the actual standards. What do you think ?

Sith diasporas[]

Hi there! I wanted to get an admin's opinion/approval before drafting a pair of pages I felt were lacking. The Essential Atlas, among other works, makes frequent reference to the two mass exoduses of the Sith species from Korriban & the Sith Worlds in the aftermath of the Invasion of Korriban & Great Hyperspace War. Though the events of these diasporas are mentioned in passing in several articles here, there don't seem to be any dedicated pages. Sith exodus comes close, but it only covers a subset of the post-5000 BBY diaspora, specifically those related to Vitiate and the Exile fleet, & doesn't cover other simultaneous exoduses to places like Tund, Vjun, Ambria, Thule, & the Unknown Regions mentioned in the Atlas.

I was thinking of drafting a first Sith diaspora & second Sith diaspora pair of pages to cover the events following 27,700 BBY & 5000 BBY respectively & discuss the planets the Atlas mentions as subsequently settled by the wayward Sith. Thanks for the reply! There are a few official EU sources that mention the mass migrations of the Sith after these events, but these diasporas are never actually explicitly or formally named as such. I figured "diaspora" was a suitable term given the involuntary nature of these migrations, though obviously tagging these articles with the Conjecture template would be a necessity. However I am unable to upload images to complete the list, including some of the more recent additions. Also, the page for this episode doesn't exist either.

Obi-Wan wiki background[]

Hi Cav,

Tope told me that you were the one who helped design the new Obi-Wan wiki page background. I just wanted to say that personally I'd recommend switching back to the vanilla Wookieepedia "Coruscant cityscape" background. At least on my end, many of the images look low-quality, grainy, and blurry owing to the fact that they are cropped and zoomed-in screenshots from the movies. I also believe the sharp edges and corners of the "comic book windows" are distracting while reading articles. I think the main difference between this and the Resistance and TLJ wiki backgrounds is simply that the images used were of a higher resolution and were largely edited from existing marketing material; thus the design and layout had lots of money poured into it to look right. Then again, this is just my two cents. Hope things are well for you with FANDOM!

Possible artwork theft[]

Hello,

I was looking at the page for the Ravager Super Star Destroyer when I noticed the artwork seemed familiar. I then realized the artwork had been lifted directly from the Battle of Orinda. The artwork was originally created by a fan on Deviant Art and later included in The Essential Guide to Warfare. If you compare the two pages, it is clear that they are the same picture, including the same explosions and background details. The only difference is that the Rebel emblem on the Lusankya has been edited out on the Ravager's page. As you are an admin, I figured it would be best to ask for your advice on the matter before doing anything. Should the artwork be replaced or is it an official depection?

Hey, I had a question if I am allowed to make an article (a list) and I asked Lewis about it. He said he would be okay if some other admins would be okay with it as well. He also asked me to ask some other admins. So here is my original message: I am interested in a Jedi-list in the wiki. But I know you admins are against lists here because they often become poorly maintained and sourced. But I do know for a fact that I would maintain it well (because that's in my own interest) and would source every single cell in the table. And a list naturally brings some advantages over the category site: canon-legeneds-difference, more details with a quick look and in general better visuals. Moderation issues[]

I am Chad Chipotle, proud member of Wookiepedia Discussions. I am contacting you because of a serious problem that needs to be addressed. Last week we had three different people that needed bans, with over 10 ban requests required. We had two serial sockpuppets, one of which created seven sockpuppets in the space of an hour with the sole intent of trolling. It has been six days now, and none of them have been banned. Another user named Benillim4super90 was supposed to be banned die to being an underage user and constantly trolling. You may recognize the name because they pinged you over "upvote spamming," a completely ridiculous claim. The fact that these ban requests are not being filled reflects poorly on both the capability of the moderation team and the forum as a whole. We need an active user to be granted ban rights.

Now, as I see it there are two options: 1. Give one of our moderators (Givinname, Joupena, or Jedi Sarith LeKit) the ability to ban users. 2. Give a trusted user the ability to approve requested bans.

I have already contacted Toprawa and Ralltiir about this issue, and I have received no reply. I urge you, please either respond to this message, leave something on my own talk page, or send me a message through Discord (linked in my user page). Since it was revealed that the appearance and gender is customizable, should the images and the description of their appearance be removed from the infobox? In addition to that, their names were revealed too which means they aren’t unidentified and could possibly be renamed to their names in the game (Case Kassandora for Titan Squadron and Rao Highmoon for Vanguard Squadron). I need your advice[]

Basically I was updating the CIS vehicles template and I came to an impasse on whether to include vehicles used by the Trade Federation leading up to the Clone Wars. It was easy to dismiss those that were only ever used a decade or more before the CIS was even founded. But Star Wars: Jedi Starfighter presents a problem. The Trade Federation Tug and Trade Federation Dropship were used in the weeks and hours leading up the Battle of Geonosis.

Concurrenly Attack of the Clones depicts Obi-Wan Kenobi overhearing Count Dooku persuading the corporate factions to pleage their support with a treaty. (Link) Nute Gunray doesn't want to without concessions. Suggesting that the Trade Federation isn't part of the CIS at that moment. Yet later in the same conversation Dooku remarks that "they have pleadged their support". Plus of course Geonosis is actively building an army per the design of the Trade Federation military.

Need clarification on what to do with an appearance of visually identical vehicle[]

Sorry if this was redundant but no one replied on how I should proceed in the article's specific talk page and I read that you are the WEG specialist among the admin staff.

So to put it simply, in Page 39 of WEG's Rebel Alliance Sourcebook, there exists the image of this tank that is referred to as "Imperial repulsortank" that I noticed bears near-identical superficial resemblance to the Imperial Heavy Repulsortank. I don't know if Wookieepedia's guide would demand that it be treated as a separate vehicle or just include it to the article that best fits and note it in the Appearance section that it is called by another name; like "Rebel Alliance Guidebook (as "Imperial repulsortank")". • Mmm to be honest I can't quite see the resemblance between the picture and the 1-H, with the viewport going around the corner on the side, rounded (and possibly only) turrets and the like. Although, given that Introductory Adventure Game was released in 1997, this might be the case where the Rebel Sourcebook (released in 1990) attempted to draw the 1-H for that particular image with artistic license and Introductory Adventure Game tried drawing the full version of that adaptation, which is now being accepted as a separate vehicle. How should I proceed?[]

Hi again, I got a question regarding on how to move forward with dealing with a possibly long-standing problem on the website. I first mentioned this in the talk page of the Complete Cross-Sections but no solutions was given so I will summarize it here: so several ships across the website have listed power generation numbers that are often attributed to one of the Cross-Section books. But upon reviewing these personally, I found out that only the Attack of the Clones section of the book ever explicitly mentions this information. Which means everything from Revenge of the Sith onwards have power generation information that I believe to be pure fabrication, or at least not conveyed in a way that I was able to interpret. This is worse still in that there are articles like the ISD whose power generation value is, according to the note, calculated based off the guesswork of "with the Executor 100 times more massive, it requires at least 100 times more energy to move and vice versa" (the first source linked directs to Complete Cross-Section, something I was again able to verify that it isn't listed in the books...or at least not where I would expect to see them) and even if such guesswork is permitted (which I assume to not be the case) the Executor's article attribute its power generation numbers from Complete Locations book, something that I looked through to the page number listed and found no such data of the sort, outside of the aforementioned 100 times more massive than ISD claim. So with this, I think the problem probably is a lot wider spread than I anticipated and so I don't know if there's a way to call attention to this problem for people to deliberate/verify things over. I thought about sending the notification over at the Administrators' Noticeboards, but I don't know if this issue is anywhere drastic enough to take that measure. However, despite this, the changes were reverted, and the article was locked without additional explanation nor suggestion nor contribution for improvement. I kindly request your intervention to review the situation and consider unlocking the article, allowing the supported contributions to be reinstated and collaborated on.
