Unfortunately, we don't have exact dates for when cards were added to the game, so we've taken to doing like we do for Databank entries and listing these cards according to the game's shutdown date. However, we do know that most, if not all, of the 1- and 2-star cards were added at the beginning of the game (the contribution history of the Force Collection Wiki gives a very solid indication for when certain cards were added), so that gives us some clue as to whether one of those cards is the 1stID or not. Galactic Republic pilot contradictory information[]

Hi, for your FA Unidentified retired Galactic Republic pilot, looks like the image, sourced to Episode I: Anakin Skywalker, has him very clearly depicted with blue eyes, whereas the Star Wars: Episode I The Phantom Menace novelization has him described as gray-eyed. I can't personally verify the information directly, just rolling with what's cited. I feel like a behind the scenes note is in order, describing the inconsistency. My personal thought is, particularly when it appears the novel and Episode I: Anakin Skywalker depict him in different scenes, that one such thing is the true eye color, and the other is him wearing lenses, though obviously that's not for documentation, just my own way to deal with the inconsistencies.
