Kenma Oigawa

Kenma Oigawa (大 (おお) 井 (い) 川 (がわ) 研 (けん) 真 (ま) , Ōigawa Kenma^?) is a Shaman who likes helping people in need of assistance or whenever they've been captured or haunted by a phantom.

Appearance[]

Kenma is a tall, slender teenager who has slightly fuzzy, straight hair and wears glasses. He's introduced wearing a white shirt, a black tie with two, "v" shaped stripes, shoes with the same pattern and checked jeans with a white belt.

Personality[]

Kenma is shown to be an serious-minded individual with a no-nonsense persona when it comes to interacting with others. He is often well-spoken, polite, and respected among his peers. Kenma also dislikes those who slack off, which explains his disdain towards Iori's personality.

Despite his mature and rule-abiding behavior, Kenma genuinely desires to help others, feeling great pleasure whenever he does a good deed.

Abilities[]

Tengu (天 (てん) 狗 (ぐ) , Tengu^?): Kenma is able to summon three Tengu named Goro (五 (ご) 郎 (ろう) , Gorō^?), Rokuro (六 (ろく) 郎 (ろう) , Rokurō^?) and Shichiro (七 (しち) 郎 (ろう) , Shichirō^?) by using sound-based spiritualism through the help of his khakkhara staff. The Tengus themselves can also shoot these blast on their own. Kenma can communicate and give orders to the Tengus through his spiritual connection to them by using their Divinity's Power.

• Heavenly strike of bad omens: By wrapping divinity power around himself Kenma gains flight and forms a tengu shaped like form to strike phantoms. It can also strike twice by plunging his staff into the ground were his tengu tunnels underground to attack from below.

Equipment[]

Khakkhara Staff: Kenma carries a khakkhara staff that appears to be a modified jūmonji yari or cross-shaped spear. Its central staff is black, several feet in length, and is topped with a sharpened spearhead with a metal collar. The spearhead is partially surrounded by a metal loop, with two rings hanging on either side of it. Kenma uses these rings to produce sounds to draw out the power of his Tengu.^[1]
