Cargo Pad 119-Gamma[]

Anyone know where Cargo Pad 119-Gamma is mentioned in this video (EA-StarWars-Logo Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order — Official Gameplay Reveal Live Stream — EA Play 2019 on the official Electronic Arts Star Wars YouTube channel (backup link)). I've watched it four times and can't seem to find it. GeneralGrievous7 (talk) 13:46, July 19, 2019 (UTC)

3.3 Factual correction[]

So I get that the out of universe reason their are Tie Interceptors and ISD II's in game was because of wanting to save time and money most likely. But the Jedi Fallen Order comic also shows a Tie Interceptor being used by the Inquisitors even though the Tie Interceptor wasn't used untill 3 years before Yavin and the ISD II 5 years before Yavin. So even if it may just be for time/money sake its still a continuity error based on the tie fighter owners manual and other sources and I think it should be included under the continuity tab. • The best we can do is just make notes about it in behind the scenes sections, like you've done on this page --Lewisr (talk) 02:42, November 23, 2019 (UTC)

NPC enemies as articles[]

So, there seems to be a dispute between myself and others regarding the necessity for articles such as Nightbrother warriors, Purge Trooper Commanders, and the sort. I for one am against them because that's how we've always handled basic game mechanics. There's nothing to add there. Nightbrother archers are Nightbrothers with bows. Purge Trooper Commanders are Purge Trooper Commanders and that's it. They receive in-game databank entries but there's nothing distinguishing them aside from the weapons they use. And if people argue that there should be articles for them then I don't understand why there shouldn't be articles also for: Electrobaton Purge Troopers or Electrostaff Purge Troopers. Winterz (talk) 21:26, November 25, 2019 (UTC)

  • While I understand some of the distinctions you're making, I'm not quite sure what the difference would be between the Purge Trooper Commander and, say, the Stormtrooper Commander. Reddyredcp (talk) 21:35, November 25, 2019 (UTC)
    • Stormtrooper commanders is something that was referenced in several sources so it warrants a article for its distinction. We should be able to distinguish game mechanics rather easy. Databank entries for the enemies I mentioned make no distinction between them (say Nightbrother warriors and Nightbrother archers) except from the fact on how to beat them in-game. Winterz (talk) 21:46, November 25, 2019 (UTC)
  • I 100% agree with Winterz. Having articles for those NPC types would be like having articles for each of Cal's Force powers. They're game mechanics, nothing more. - Cwedin(talk) 22:45, November 25, 2019 (UTC)
    • Cal's force powers do have pages actually. - Red Duel 22:51, November 25, 2019 (UTC)
      • I was referring to the powers on the game's skill tree. - Cwedin(talk) 22:53, November 25, 2019 (UTC)
        • It's not the same because these are specifically identified units and not just upgraded abilities. - Red Duel 23:06, November 25, 2019 (UTC)
          • The databank entries for these NPCs only add their strengths and weaknesses. Nothing but game mechanics. Nothing specific about "Nightbrother archers" or "Purge Trooper Commanders" or any of the others. Imagine if we add the 26.000 NPCs of SWTOR simply because they are "named" enemies. An easy way for you to see this would be: imagine yourself creating the article and tell me what you would write in it. Winterz (talk) 23:16, November 25, 2019 (UTC)
            • I'm personally looking for a compromise. We keep the Purge Trooper Commander and Scout Trooper Commander ones but not the other ones because commanders lead troops in battle and keep the troops motivated to fight which would be notable while the others simply use different weapons. I've expanded the Purge Trooper page with weapon additions while someone will do the Nightbrother page. Kind regards Darth Tomotron Revanchist Sith (talk) 01:09, November 26, 2019 (UTC)
              • The section that identifies these NPCs is not even the databank, is the "Tactical Guide" which is for ingame mechanics--DarthRuiz30 (talk) 07:05, November 26, 2019 (UTC)
                • Sandtrooper Commander was just made, I don't have Galaxy of Heroes so I don't know how it compares to a Scout Trooper Commander or Purge Trooper Commander --Lewisr (talk) 11:39, November 26, 2019 (UTC)
              • Answering to Tomotron, I've noticed there are Purge Trooper Commanders (identified by their red pauldrons) in other sources and I would agree those warrant an article. As for Scout Trooper Commander someone seems to think there are other sources pointing to their existance so I can't decide in ignorance. As for the Nightbrothers I'm still strongly against articles for warriors or archers. If opposing, then it's best to create the article and take this to community consensus in the Wookieepedia:Trash compactor.Winterz (talk) 04:35, November 27, 2019 (UTC)

Order[]

Seeing the order on the wikia shouldn't it be said the Mantis visited Dathomir three times not two?Rgilbert27 (talk) 19:49, November 26, 2019 (UTC)

  • The visit to Dathomir before Kashyyyk is optional. Following the game's main objectives only results in two visits. - Cwedin(talk) 19:55, November 26, 2019 (UTC)
    • Still, for continuity it was three?Rgilbert27 (talk) 20:06, November 26, 2019 (UTC)
      • As far I remember theres just two visits to Dathomir--DarthRuiz30 (talk) 07:57, November 27, 2019 (UTC)
        • There's no story-based reason to go to Dathomir before Bogano, and Cere and Greez will advise you not to. People wanting to grab the double-bladed lightsaber early can do so, but as far as canon is concerned there's no reason to think Cal would have. - Approved Trash (talk) 18:22, November 28, 2019 (UTC)
          • It's Bogano, Zeffo, Dathomir then Kashyyyk.Rgilbert27 (talk) 08:25, December 3, 2019 (UTC)
            • The game's quest log says that Dathomir was travelled to three times. The first time is inbetween the first Zeffo visit and first Kashyyyk visit, in chapter two. It's not up to us to justify narrative decisions (though it's reasonable to assume that going to Dathomir is safer than Imperial-controlled Kashyyyk), but to document Star Wars canon. 07jonesj (talk) 01:05, December 9, 2019 (UTC)
              • Is it possible to get that entry in the quest log even if you don't visit Dathomir between Zeffo and Kashyyyk?--DarthRuiz30 (talk) 01:54, December 9, 2019 (UTC)
                • Yes I have it like that and I didn't go to Dathomir until after Kashyyyk --Lewisr (talk) 03:01, December 9, 2019 (UTC)

Cargo pad 119 Grek[]

I noticed something while on Kashyyyk. WHile traveling back to my meditation point I noticed that the imperial officer announcement say 119-Grek instead of 119-Gamma. This is in the same location so I must request that 119-Gamma be changed to 119-Grek. Unsigned comment by Leema Kai (talk • contribs). 11:30 May 21 2020 (UTC)

14 BBY?[]

What's the specific point in the game where we're told that Order 66 occurred five years ago? It's not that I doubt it, but a cursory search I did yielded nothing. --Lelal Mekha The Uprising crest (Audience Room) 07:49, June 19, 2020 (UTC)
