- "Stop toying with them and take them out."
- ―TK-290, to Raab Krao
TK-290[3] was a human[2] male scout trooper who served the Galactic Empire. During his time on the forest moon Endor, TK-290 and his companion Raab Krao spotted Leia Organa and Luke Skywalker, riding commandeered 74-Z speeder bikes, pursuing one of their fellow troopers. Krao noticed that their comms were jammed, and TK-290 noted that if the other scout could get one hundred meters away, they could send a transmission. Vowing to buy their comrade breathing room, the two gave chase in their own speeders. However, when Skywalker slammed on the brakes and got behind them, he fired on TK-290 and damaged his speeder, causing him to crash into a tree and die.[3]
