The Gusty Bluffs were an area of cliffside on the Outer Rim Territories planet Zeffo, known to be inhabited by phillaks. The high winds in the area led to the Turbine Facility to be constructed nearby. The area was in between the Turbine Facility and the Weathered Monument.^[1] By 14 BBY^[2], a monument constructed by the Zeffo Villagers was created as a landmark and a memorial for the dead. The area was also located on the route that Galactic Empire Stormtroopers took when taking relics from nearby Zeffonian ruins. In 14 BBY, Cal Kestis alongside BD-1, his companion droid, explored the area while trying to find the Tomb of Eilram. He later returned to the area after exploring the Tomb of Miktrull.^[1]
