The Iwi Queen is the enigmatic and respected spiritual matriarch of her people. Her ability to read the minds and memories of others made her an astute judge of character who understands if certain people can be trusted and welcomed as friends.
Like the rest of her people, the Iwi Queen worships Mothra as a goddess. When Mothra arrives to answer Jia's summons, the Iwi Queen smile with elation knowing that the Queen of the Monsters will fight in protecting the world from the Skar King's rampage.
Upon reading Jia's mind and memories as an Iwi from Skull Island, the Iwi Queen recognize and trusts her as the prophesied savior who will summon Mothra and help in preventing the Skar King from invading the surface world. The Iwi Queen also allows Jia to stay with her adoptive mother Ilene Andrews so that they can remain as family.
The Iwi Queen appears before Jia, Ilene Andrews, Bernie Hayes, and Trapper after her guards informed her of their presence in Malenka. She then asks Jia to come forth and holds her hands to view her memories. She then welcomes the group as guests upon learning that Jia is an Iwi from Skull Island who is destined to summon Mothra.
The Iwi Queen then brings the group to a chamber with stone reliefs depicting the history between Godzilla, the Skar King, and Shimo. She also reveals that the Iwi had been sending distress signals to Godzilla and Jia so that they could prepare for the Skar King's return. Not long after, they witness an injured Kong and Suko arrive after escaping the Skar King's subordinates. When Kong decides to bring Godzilla to the Hollow Earth, the Iwi Queen tells Jia that the time has come to play her part in summoning Mothra. During the ceremony, the Iwi Queen and her people smile when Mothra answers Jia's call.
The Iwi Queen evacuates the villagers and orders her warriors to prepare an anti-gravity shockwave that will temporarily repel the Skar King and his army from reaching the surface world. As Godzilla, Kong, Mothra, and Suko battle the Skar King's forces, the Iwi Queen joins Ilene, Bernie, and Trapper in boarding the Hollow Earth Aerial Vehicle so they will not be affected by the anti-gravity field.
Following the Skar King's death, the Iwi Queen reunites with her people and smiles as she allows Jia to stay with Ilene, Bernie, and Trapper.
