Mucus

Mucus, snot, boogers, or phlegm was a gelatinous bodily secretion expelled by many humanoid species. Mucus production was heightened by the common cold.

In 2257, the Saurian Linus sneezed in a turbolift full of USS Discovery and USS Enterprise personnel, jettisoning his mucus into the face of Evan Connolly. (DIS: "Brother")

In 2263 of the alternate reality, an ill Keenser's mucus was acidic. (Star Trek Beyond)

According to an anything but canon account, the USS Enterprise made first contact on an inhabited planet with an alien race that believed mucus represented their essence and bound them to all things. They even wiped their boogers all over the walls, and picked their noses before shaking hands with someone. They believed that to be a show of respect. The landing party, led by Commander William T. Riker, found their behavior disgusting and they quickly beamed away. (VST: "Worst Contact")

In 2381 on Orion, when B'eth and Migleemo were engaged in barter by combat, B'eth's allergies from Migleemo's feathers caused her to sneeze on him, covering his face with snot. (LD: "Old Friends, New Planets")

Soji Asha could secrete mucus, but her "father", Data, could not. (PIC: "Nepenthe")
