It was an honor to join so many dedicated civil servants at the Canada Public Sector Forum. They are truly making the world work better for everyone and I feel immense optimism in the power of government using technology in service of people. Heartfelt thanks to public sector employees everywhere and especially to Terry Schultz for joining me on-stage to share the Government of Alberta story…it’s amazing what you can do to transform citizen services with the right platform and TEAM.

After our biggest Knowledge yet, it’s clear ServiceNow has arrived as a true AI platform company! What an incredible evolution from our roots in IT and what a privilege to spend time with our customers as they begin reinventing every business workflow with GenAI at the core. I am especially grateful to Oliver de Wilde, Rajesh Kumar R, and Ashwin Jha for joining me on-stage to share how their organizations are thinking about and implementing GenAI. And a huge congrats to Greg Vise for bringing the energy as part of Bill’s keynote! The ServiceNow community and brand has never been stronger. With the integration of Now Assist and Microsoft Copilot and expanded partnerships with NVIDIA, Microsoft, and many more, the best is yet to come.
