Today #msft officially launches #m365copilot. Albeit an extremely exciting moment, there are many who are left out of the #party, including Microsoft CSP's and their non-EA customers. It is expensive to operate AI but if things don't change, we risk creating a new #digitaldivide. The Enterprise companies, who already have many advantages, will be able to gain even more ground against the smaller organizations. I will be #watching very carefully for what comes next.

As the Microsoft Copilot for Sales launch partner, Seismic's collaboration is helping to drive significant innovation and transforming the AI-powered landscape for sellers. "Seismic does that with their integration with Microsoft Sales Copilot. I can get the information that I need before I go meet a client right where I live, which is Microsoft Outlook. And then after the meeting, I can use the Copilot draft — again supported by the Seismic integration — to get the right actions summarized.
