INMA occasionally collects and uses members' business KPIs during research and studies with participant consent. INMA only releases benchmarking and insights of the approved data in an aggregated, anonymized, non-identifiable format. INMA shall not release any individual member’s KPIs in the form that identifies the member without the member’s prior written consent.

INMA maintains physical, technical, and administrative safeguards to protect the Member’s KPIs, Benchmarks, and Insights against unauthorised access, use, or disclosure.
