The creative world of audio stands on the brink of an AI-led revolution, brimming with possibilities. However, we must tread carefully to preserve the authenticity and human essence of voice. Speaking with shots our Chief Technology Officer, Anton Christodoulou, considers why authentic emotional audio may only be a few digital tweaks away. "In theory, AI should be able to find the same emotional high and low points, even though it has no idea it’s doing that. It’s blind. A friend calls AI ‘anthropological indexing’.
