Wookiees-Transparent

Wookieepedia aspires to be a reliable source for all Star Wars fans to read and draw information from, and as such, fan-created continuity and fan fiction are not allowed within our articles. All in-universe material must be attributable to a reliable, published source.

Do not remove talk page and forum comments, including your own, as they are part of the public record. Remember that you should always sign your comments on talk and vote pages using four tildes, like this: ~~~~.

For an optimal viewing experience, Wookieepedia recommends using the Monobook skin. For help changing your skin preference, see Help:Skin.

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wookieepedian! If you have any questions, see the help pages, add a question to the Senate Hall, visit our official IRC channel, or ask me on my talk page. May the Force be with you! —Supreme Emperor (talk) 16:38, December 17, 2013 (UTC)

Capitlziation[]

hey there. Just wanted to let you know that here on Wookiepedia, the names of species do not need to be capitalized unless they are a sentient species. For example, you should use "krayt dragon" instead of "Krayt Dragon." Christhewalrus (talk) 00:21, 31 October 2020 (UTC)

Images[]

Please make sure to add the relevant categories to your future uploads like I did for you here, as mandated by the Image policy. Thank you. UberSoldat93 Din Djarin's clan (talk) 15:55, 13 November 2020 (UTC)

Backup links[]

Thank you for contributing to Wookieepedia! Please note that your edit to File:Incinerator Trooper AG.png added an external link without including a backup link. Our Sourcing policy mandates the inclusion of a permanent archival link in all external links. Instructions for doing this can be found on the respective citation template pages. Thanks! Strike[]

You have a link on your userpage to "Strike (rank)"; you'll want to update the link to "Strike" as the page has been moved. SilverSunbird (talk) 08:22, 24 January 2021 (UTC)

Imri's lightsaber[]

I understand why you feel the page Imri's lightsaber should be moved, as it is his first weapon. However, the name "Imri's lightsaber" is used in The High Republic: A Test of Courage, making it an official in-universe term for the weapon. "Imri Cantaros' first lightsaber", however, is a conjectural name, and we prefer to have things at non-conjectural names however possible. We can add a Youmay template when a page is created for his second saber, but we can't move the page to a conjectural name when a non-conjectural one exists. Liberation of Rekkana[]

Hey! 1.9 Layout Guide compliance refers to one of the standard edit summaries in the drop box, I just selected that as the change I made was related to layout guide. In regards to why it was made, as per the layout guide, 'The "prev", "conc", and "next" fields of event infoboxes shall only be used for events that are relevant to the article's subject and are mentioned in the article's text.' This was voted on in August of this year (you can see the CT here). Using the new ct, there doesn't seem to be much rationale for why the liberation of Kashyyyk would be mentioned in the article's text, so I removed it. Hopefully this explains to you! Let me know if not Lewisr (talk) 04:02, 20 November 2022 (UTC)
