A nexu fought and was killed at Petranaki Arena during the First Battle of Geonosis.[1]
Biography[]
After Anakin Skywalker, Obi-Wan Kenobi, and Padmé Amidala were captured by Count Dooku, the Sith Lord had them be executed at the Petranaki Arena on the planet Geonosis. This nexu, along with an acklay and an reek, were chosen to kill the three.
The nexu attacked and slashed at Amidala, severely injuring her. As the nexu was focused on the senator, Skywalker broke free from his chains and tamed the reek. After he mounted on it, Skywalker rammed the reek into the nexu, killing it. Skywalker and Amidala were saved by the Jedi Order, who arrived at the arena not long after.[1]
