- "Skywalker?"
- ―The Temple Guard, just before Darth Vader struck him down
A male individual served as a member of the Jedi Temple Guard[2] in 19 BBY.[1] After Anakin Skywalker fell to the dark side of the Force, and was dubbed Darth Vader, he was ordered by his Sith Master, Darth Sidious, with eliminating the Jedi in the Jedi Temple.[3] As the Temple Guard spotted the clone troopers approaching, he felt no danger, only familiarity. As the group drew closer, the guard saw the black figure who led the troopers and became confused. Under his breath, he spoke the name Skywalker, before the fallen Jedi cut him down.[2]
The guard's helmet eventually made its way to the antiques dealer Dok-Ondar, who kept it in his shop on Batuu. During the New Republic Era, the Force-sensitive Karr Nuq Sin traveled to Ondar's shop in search of Jedi artifacts, as Ondar was searching for something for him, Sin touched the helmet and witnessed the guard's death.[2]
