A Klatooinian crime family was part of the criminal empire of Jabba the Hutt until his death and replacement by Bib Fortuna.[2] Under Fortuna, control over Mos Espa was divided into three crime families, the Trandoshans at the city center, the Aqualish in the Worker's District, and the Klatooinians in the Mos Espa spaceport and upper sprawl.[3]
