The Aqualish crime family[4] was part of Jabba's criminal empire when it was led by Lord Bib Fortuna following Jabba's death. Control over Mos Espa was divided into three crime families, the Trandoshans at the city center, the Aqualish in the Worker's District, and the Klatooinians in the Mos Espa spaceport and upper sprawl.[3]
