Clan name[]

Should we just change the name to "Clan Djarin"? All known Mandalorian clans use the last name of an individual, and since The Child doesn't have any and it's just him and Din Djarin it is safe to say that would be the clan name. Castelgard (talk) 13:03, December 27, 2019 (UTC)Castelgard

  • Their name hasn't been stated yet, so we cannot rename it yet. UberSoldat93 (talk) 13:07, December 27, 2019 (UTC)

Conjectural Title[]

If the clan was identified as "Clan Mudhorn" in The Star Wars Book, then the title is no longer conjectural, and the header saying it is should be removed, yes? Hppavilion[1] (talk) 09:36, 31 January 2021 (UTC)

  • That is correct. Go ahead and remove it. 1358 (Talk) 09:44, 31 January 2021 (UTC)
The Star Wars Book only mentions that their clan's emblem is the Mudhorn, I can't find any mention of "Clan Mudhorn". Therefore, I changed the status of the article back to conjectural. And I think it is premature and lacking in evidence to name the article "Clan Mudhorn." Shouldn't it be changed back to "Din Djarin's clan"? Or a "Clan of two"? First identified[]

This article is lacking a 1stid tag. I cannot confirm if this name appears or where it does, so can someone who can please get on it? EDIT: Apparently this name is never mentioned at all, only that the mudhorn is their signet. Can someone confirm that as well? --Potsk (talk) 08:20, 28 May 2021 (UTC)

  • In The Star Wars Book, p. 201, we see six Mandalorian signets, which are labelled "Kast," "Eldar," "Vizsla," "Mudhorn," and "Mythosaur." It's true that the phrase "Clan Mudhorn" is not used there, and given that no one is arguing for the existence of a "Clan Mythosaur," it's true it's ambiguous at best. The only source I know that uses "Clan Mudhorn" is an article on StarWars.com. But there might be another I'm not aware of. Lelal Mekha The Uprising crest (Audience Room) 08:42, 28 May 2021 (UTC)
