The Scarlet Skulls crew—consisting of the Jedi Ram Jomaram, Gavi, Kildo, and Tep Tep alongside the pirate Zyle Keem—rescued Jedi Master Kunpar Vasivola^[1] in 229 BBY^[2] from an underground prison on the Outer Rim planet Valo. After infiltrating the city hall, Keem discovered Vasivola's location from data in Nihil marauder commander Vark Tarpalin's office. The group eventually managed to escape the facility with the weakened Jedi Master by using micronite explosives to bypass the normal escape route.^[1]
