Remy was a female vollka who was owned by the San Tekka clan. Discovered over a century before the attack on Tiikae, by that time Remy's owner was Jordanna Sparkburn, a San Tekka cousin who served as the deputy on Tiikae.[1]
Behind the scenes[]
Remy debuted in the 2021 novel The High Republic: Out of the Shadows, written by Justina Ireland. Although the novel describes Remy as having green-and-blue-patterned fur,[1] the first official illustration of the cat in the fifth episode of Star Wars: The High Republic Show contradicted the book by depicting her with grey fur.[3]
