Pilf Mukmuk[3] was a Kowakian monkey-lizard member of the Ohnaka Gang. He also had a brother, Pikk.[4] Mukmuk was responsible for stealing the lightsabers of Anakin Skywalker and Count Dooku, allowing the Ohnaka Gang to capture Dooku on Florrum during the Clone Wars. Later, when Anakin Skywalker and Obi-Wan Kenobi came to verify Dooku's capture, Skywalker spotted the lizard with his weapon and failed to get it back initially.

Behind the scenes[]

Pilf Mukmuk first appeared in "Dooku Captured," the eleventh episode of the first season of the Star Wars: The Clone Wars television series,[2] which aired on January 2, 2009.[5]

In the episode "Dooku Captured," there were originally going to be two Kowakian monkey-lizards: the twin brothers Pikk and Pilf Mukmuk. Their role was consolidated into Pilf's.[3]

Pilf's name is a reference to how he pilfers the lightsaber from Count Dooku off-camera.[3]
