Oggro was a Rodian scrumrat of the White Worms gang on the Core Worlds planet Corellia. Around 13 BBY, he prepared to help raid a Corellia shipyard by taking watch shifts to monitor the facility, often doing so at night due to his ability to see infrared. The Rodian's fellow scrumrats—Broon and Fixit—fled from their watching post when Imperial stormtroopers began scanning the area, telling the older scrumrat Qi'ra that they had been waiting for Oggro to come and take their place.

Oggro was part of the White Worms, led by Lady Proxima (pictured).
The Rodian Oggro joined the White Worms criminal gang as a scrumrat thief on[1] the Core Worlds[2] planet Corellia during the Imperial Era. Along with his colleagues, he lived in the organization's den in Coronet City under the management of the Head scrumrat Ema.[1] Around 13 BBY,[3] the White Worms prepared to raid a Corellia shipyard to steal control boards under the directive of their leader, Lady Proxima, who hoped to use the endeavor to purge the older scrumrats from her ranks. Oggro began taking night watch shifts to monitor the shipyard, taking turns with the scrumrats Broon and Fixit.[1]
One time, while waiting for the Rodian to take their place, Broon and Fixit noticed a large number of Imperial stormtroopers march out of one of the facility's hangars and begin scanning the nearby area. Broon and Fixit fled and informed the older scrumrat Qi'ra about what they had learned, indicating that they had not seen Oggro to tell him. She promised to pass the news on to Proxima and dismissed them, internally reflecting that the Rodian was scheduled to be part of her group during the upcoming raid. The White Worms executed the endeavor not long afterward, ultimately resulting in heavy scrumrat losses.[1]
