Lady Lu-reen Faraday was a Chandrilan female heiress of her family's company, Faraday Spirits. She was the paramour of Axel Greylark—the son of the Republic Supreme Chancellor Kyong Greylark—for some time and gifted him an expensive bottle of Chandrilan whiskey. However, when he broke up with her in a spaceport, news holos reported on their split. To escape from the tabloids, Axel visited the gambling den Raik's Parlor and briefly discussed Faraday with a Mirialan patron and the establishment's owner, the Utai Raik.

Lady Lu-reen Faraday was a Chandrilan female who lived during the High Republic Era.[1] By 382 BBY,[2] she was the heiress of her family's beverage distribution company, Faraday Spirits, while her father served as a Republic senator. At some point, Faraday met Axel Greylark—the son of the Republic Supreme Chancellor Kyong Greylark—and introduced herself with the Faraday Spirits' slogan. The pair eventually became romantically involved, and Axel spent some time visiting her.[1]
When a transit accident destroyed all but three hundred bottles of a Chandrilan whiskey batch, Faraday gifted one of the remaining ones to Axel as a gift, which was worth over a thousand credits. Despite the expensive gift, he broke up with her shortly afterward by standing her up at a spaceport, unwilling to settle down in an established relationship. News holos began reporting extensively on the breakup in the aftermath. To escape the ordeal, Axel brought the woman's Chandrilan whiskey to the gambling den Raik's Parlor on[1] the Core Worlds planet[3] Coruscant, consuming the beverage from his flask.[1]
As Axel conversed with others about the drink in his flask, he thought about his former paramour and her relation to Faraday Spirits, including how she had first introduced herself using the company's slogan, followed by her father's title of senator. The establishment's owner—the Utai Raik— and a Mirialan patron talked about Faraday, mentioning that she probably wanted Axel dead and that her name sounded silly. Axel advised the pair not to believe everything they watched on the tabloids but acknowledged that he broke up with the heiress after not meeting her at a spaceport.[1]
