Jul Tambor's forces^[4] were the gathered supporters and members of a nationalist organization under the Skakoan Jul Tambor. The organization waged an uprising to reclaim the planet Skako Minor from the Galactic Empire. Tambor also enlisted the help of pirates to blockade Skako Minor.^[1] Tambor himself claimed the pirates who attacked Brentaal IV were unrelated to his operation,^[3] but he was self-interested at heart and did not always tell the truth.^[2]
