The High-Altitude Entry Transport-221 (HAET-221), was a class of dropship that was used by the Galactic Republic during the Clone Wars and subsequently by the Galactic Empire. The HAET-221 was often deployed from cruisers in orbit and descend towards the surface at a fast velocity. When it arrived over an area, it deployed its five passengers and then circled the area.^[1] Several were used in the aftermath of the Battle of Utapau to support the Republic 7th Sky Corps.^[2] During the Galactic Civil War, the Rebel Alliance utilized HAET-221s that it had discovered.^[1]
