As we have plans to have more regular meetings, how about having separate subpage Wookieepedia:WookieeProject Knights of the Old Republic/Meetings that would contain information how to attend meeting, when next meeting will be held, a section for topics for the next meeting and summary of old meetings and links to their logs. If you think this would be a good idea and there's no objections, I can do all that. --Tm_T (Talk) 11:57, July 30, 2010 (UTC)

  • You know, that actually sounds like a pretty good idea.—Jedi Kasra (comlink) 19:42, July 30, 2010 (UTC)
  • Actually I forgot to mention two main points why I wanted to do this:
    1. To get all related information and logs in one place, so noone has to hunt them down
    2. reducing the need of spamming user talkpages: anyone can get updates and notifications about incoming meetings and published logs by just watching this meetings subpage. --Tm_T (Talk) 20:05, July 30, 2010 (UTC)
    • Would the format (as in a subpage for each meeting etc) be similar to the INQ/AC meetings? I think having them on a more regular basis, at least every 3 months for example, would be an excellent idea. NAYAYEN:TALK 20:39, July 30, 2010 (UTC)
      • Yes, my intention was to have subpage for each meeting, although I don't know if last meetings decisions should be right in the meeting page too or something like that? Also do we want logs and summary in their own subpages? I'm more used to have them in a way that logs follows summary right below but other ways are fine too. --Tm_T (Talk) 20:51, July 30, 2010 (UTC)
        • Definitely a good idea. I was thinking more along the lines of 2 months, but three works for me. The way you suggest, which you're used to, is fine, I believe.—Jedi Kasra (comlink) 04:52, July 31, 2010 (UTC)
          • Three months is too long time between meetings IMO, if we try to use them to coordinate our efforts with articles that are in probation and such. 2 months gap or less, even once a month could work for us at first, to get things rolling. That is, ofcourse, if such is needed. (: --Tm_T (Talk) 10:55, August 1, 2010 (UTC)
            • I agree, 3 months is too far apart. Maybe once a month or something like that. Though the idea of creating a subpage sounds good. DarthRageLeave a message after the beep 20:12, August 1, 2010 (UTC)
      • I've been giving this a big thought, and I actually think we could do as inq meetings, that is, add new forum post for incoming meeting, and fill up it with template. I have did put up one version with some placeholder content in it in User:Tm T/Meetingtemp. Overkill? --Tm_T (Talk) 21:52, August 3, 2010 (UTC)
        • The prospect of having infobox captions are epic win. The actual idea is excellent too, nicely done. NAYAYEN:TALK 23:42, August 3, 2010 (UTC)
