Domir was the sun of the Dathomir system in the Quelli sector of the Outer Rim Territories of the galaxy. The star was orbited by the planet Dathomir and its 4 moons.[1] The sun produced red sunlight.[2]

The sun of Dathomir first appeared in "Revenge,"[3] the twenty-second episode in the fourth season of the Star Wars: The Clone Wars animated television series, which first aired on March 14, 2012.[4]
In the new Star Wars canon, the sun's name was revealed in the fourty-ninth issue of the Star Wars: Build the Millennium Falcon magazine, published by De Agostini on December 9, 2015.[1] In Star Wars Legends the sun's name was first revealed in Geonosis and the Outer Rim Worlds, a sourcebook for the Star Wars Roleplaying Game published by Wizards of the Coast on March 24, 2004.[5]
