Plot summary[]

According to legend, after reneging on a deal with a notorious crime boss on the ice world Kaspas a scoundrel named Misook fled around the Outer Rim. Despite his efforts to cover his tracks Misook was pursued by the Mirialan bounty hunter Emim'Ai. While fleeing Misook started adopting a growing number of outlandish disguises but Emim'Ai was able to unmask every disguise. After months of near dodges Misook found himself cornered on the world Batuu. In Oga's Cantina he spun a tale of a fictitious thief named Arquel. The tale of the successful thief and the fake bounty on her drew the attention of various Bounty Hunters, including Emim'Ai, who viewed Arquel as a better bounty to improve her reputation. Using the hunt for Arquel as a distraction Misook was able to escape to Wild Space.
