By Bluss was a male Leyakian who served as a senator in the Separatist Senate during the Clone Wars.
Biography[]
A member of the Peace Faction, Bluss was present in the Senate chamber where Senator Mina Bonteri of Onderon made a plea with other senators that peace talks should be proposed with the Galactic Senate to end the war peacefully. Bluss supported Mina by voting "aye", as she proposed the Confederacy to attempt to establish peace talks with the Republic, while other senators like Voe Attell and Punn Rimbaud voted "nay" to continue the war.[2] Though Dooku favors "aye", unbeknownst to most senators, he still wanted to continue the war by orchestrating a bombing in Coruscant.
