Arcetron was a silver-colored[1] metal[2] that was a common choice[3] for use in hilts of Jedi lightsabers.[1]

This section of the article assumes 100% game completion of Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order. Any alternate stories may be noted in the "Behind the scenes" section. The events in this section may or may not have been confirmed as canon.

In 14 BBY,[4] the Jedi Padawan Cal Kestis discovered some arcetron in the Ice Caves on the planet Zeffo and kept it for making modifications to his former master's lightsaber.[1]

Behind the scenes[]

In the current Star Wars canon, arcetron appeared in the 2019 video game Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order, developed by Respawn Entertainment. In the game, it is one of the twenty-four materials players can collect in order to customize the appearance of Cal Kestis' lightsaber.[1] In the Star Wars Legends continuity, arcetron first appeared in the 2001 video game Star Wars: Obi-Wan, developed by LucasArts.[5] It would later be identified in the 2006 reference book The New Essential Guide to Droids, written by Daniel Wallace.[6]
