Sanctum

Sanctum (サンクタム, Sankutamu^?) is a member of the Meta Liberation Army and later the Paranormal Liberation Front as one of the 1st-ranked advisers in the Vanguard Action Tactics Regiment: Black when the Meta Liberation Army and the League of Villains merged. He is regarded as one of the oldest members of the Meta Liberation Army.

Appearance[]

Sanctum has fair skin, dark-black eye irises, dark-black hair that has a single white stripe on the left and right sides of his hair, a thin strand black of hair on the middle top of his head, and a long thick dark-black mustache.

He wears thin-framed golden eyeglasses on his face, and somewhat a dark-blue overcoat with two thin, golden rectangular bars that have three button-like epaulettes on the collar.

Personality[]

It is implied that Sanctum is devoted to the ideology of the Meta Liberation Army, lecturing the newly appointed Twice on earning his regiment's trust by speaking their mission statement out loud.

Synopsis[]

Two months before the start of the Paranormal Liberation War, Sanctum lectured Twice about how many within his regiment harbor doubts on his leadership and that he should speak about their mission out loud, prompting him to ask Hawks for advice.^[1]
