The Rev-12 was the massive personal fortress and starship of The Diviner. It was normally docked on the upper level of the Tars Lamora prison colony. (PRO: "Starstruck")

History[]

The Rev-12 was one of the few surviving ships out of the hundred launched by the Order into an unstable wormhole after the USS Protostar in the 25th century. It emerged, alone, around the year 2363. In 2366, the ship landed on Tars Lamora to search for the Protostar. (PRO: "Kobayashi", "Preludes")

After the Protostar escaped Tars Lamora with The Diviner's daughter Gwyndala captive onboard in 2383, the Diviner launched the Rev-12 in pursuit. (PRO: "Starstruck") Some time later, Gwyn broke free and contacted the Rev-12 to inform Drednok that she had taken control of the Protostar and that she was on a planet in the Hirogen star system. (PRO: "Dream Catcher")

Once the crew regained control of the Protostar and escaped the planet, the Rev-12 pursued the ship at warp and caught it in its tractor beam. But the Protostar crew managed to activate the ship's protostar drive allowing it to go to proto-warp and escape the Rev-12. (PRO: "Terror Firma")

After The Diviner was contacted by DaiMon Nandi and given the location of the Protostar, it was determined that it would take the Rev-12 months to travel the roughly four thousand light years that now separated the two ships. (PRO: "Time Amok")

With the Protostar out of reach, the Diviner took the Rev-12 back to Tars Lamora. Through Dred 2, he sent an ultimatum to the crew of the Protostar to return and surrender, or he would massacre the Unwanted. The Diviner subsequently agreed to give the Rev-12 to the Unwanted for evacuation in exchange for the Protostar. However, after taking control of the Starfleet vessel, he used its phasers to destroy the Rev-12's power generators. (PRO: "A Moral Star, Part 1")

Rok-Tahk subsequently determined that they could interplex the plasma conduits, adjusting for input variances in the dilithium matrix, and siphon energy from the proto-core to jump-start the ship. With power restored, the Rev-12 set off in pursuit of the Protostar and managed to beam Dal R'El and Zero aboard to defeat the Diviner. The Rev-12 was left in the possession of the Unwanted, transformed from, in Hologram Janeway's words, a "symbol of captivity" into a "vehicle for liberation". (PRO: "A Moral Star, Part 2")
