Memory Alpha:Projects/Section Standardization Project

The Section Standardization Project aims to standardize the names and order of sections for various types of articles. The idea behind this project originated during a layout discussion on Ten Forward.

Our currently goals are (1) to standardize the order and names of background information subsections on episode articles and (2) to rename, remove, or integrate all "trivia" sections.

Episode background information[]

This section lists pages that, as of 25 April 2024, include at least one section header containing the word "trivia" or "miscellaneous" (capitalized or lowercased). The list was generated by searching the database for the following regular expression:

If you fix one of these pages, feel free to remove it from the list. (Even if you don't, it will be removed the next time the list is regenerated, so don't lose sleep over it.)

Use this section to discuss how to move this project forward, decide what sorts of things we should be focusing on, and propose changes to (un)standardized section orders and/or names.
