Ensign Christina was a female 23rd century Starfleet officer. In 2259, she served as a communications officer aboard the USS Enterprise under Captain Christopher Pike.

Starfleet history[]

On Stardate 2912.4, Christina established contact with the alien spacecraft that attacked the Enterprise while near the comet C/2260-Quentin in the Persephone system. During first contact with the aliens, identified as the "Shepherds", Captain Pike inquired if that was accurate, to which Christina acknowledged as that is how the universal translator processed their name. (SNW: "Children of the Comet")

On Stardate 3177.3, she was at the communications station on the bridge when the ship arrived at Finibus III, when she reported to Captain Pike that the colony wasn't answering her hails. She was injured when several Gorn ships attacked the Enterprise while evacuating colonists from their ship and was taken to Sickbay, while crewman Zuniga filled in both comm and tactical stations. She came close to dying of blood loss and needed blood plasma, which First Officer Commander Una Chin-Riley who was also wounded ordered Chief Medical Officer Doctor Joseph M'Benga and Nurse Christine Chapel to give it to Christina despite being only enough for one of them and ended up saving her life, while M'Benga donated some of his own blood to save Una's. (SNW: "Memento Mori")

She later tried to sign the scorch with Ensign Zier as part of Enterprise bingo, but they were caught by Una Chin-Riley and La'an Noonien-Singh. They were then punished by having to micro-clean the transporter pads under the supervision of Chief Kyle, whom Christina and Zier considered to be mean. (SNW: "Spock Amok")

She later attended the funeral of Hemmer. (SNW: "All Those Who Wander")
