Usage Dashboard
The usage statistics provides you a complete snapshot of your usage of the QuestionPro platform. Admins can use the data to better understand how their users utilize the application.

How to view your usage statistics?
- To view the usage statistics go to: Surveys » Usage Dashboard
- The tab titled Overall will open up where you can see a stack of all your usage of the platform.
Can I filter the dashboard based on date ranges?
By default, the usage dashboard is filtered based on your QuestionPro subscription date range. If you want to change the date range then
To apply the date range on the usage dashboard follow the steps below:
- Click on Surveys » Usage Dashboard and use the drop-down menu to choose the date filters.
- You can either choose from the predefined values, or you can use the custom date ranges. Once you have chosen the date range, click on the Apply button.
Can I check the usage reports based on teams?
Yes, you can filter the usage dashboard based on teams. You can apply the filter for a single team or multiple teams.

- Click on Surveys » Usage Dashboard and use the drop-down menu to select the teams.
- Select a team or multiple teams and the dashboard will be filtered automatically.

To filter out the usage dashboard based on users, follow the steps below:
- Click on Surveys » Usage Dashboard and use the drop-down menu to choose the users from the list.
- Select a single user or multiple users and the data will be filtered automatically.
How can I clear/reset all the applied filters from the Usage Dashboard?
Click on the reset icon at the top right corner of the dashboard. This will reset all applied filters.
